1) How much is it for shipping?
1-A) Shipping is determined on the weight, size and the destination
of the shipment. Therefore we need all details on your shipment
in order to calculate shipping cost. The larger your shipment, the
lower your shipping cost.

2) What is your minimum order?
2A) We don’t have any minimum order, all of our merchandise
is prepackaged, and the pieces per carton vary on all products,
but you need to order one full carton of any item.
3) Do you send samples?
3A) Most of the time, we have a dedicated amount of pieces that
we send for our new items, but it does not apply during the high
season.
4) What form of payment do you take?
4A) We accept most major credit cards, wire transfer, checks, money
order, but we don’t do C.O.D.
5) How long does it take for the merchandise to arrive?
5A) Depending on your location, it could take between 2-5 business
days.
6) Can you ship overnight?
6A) We have the capability to ship overnight, but it all depends
on your order. Most of the time shipments that go out overnight
are normally 8 to 10 times the cost of ground shipments, so it’s
not recommended.
7) What is the price break on your items?
7A) You have two ways of getting a price break on our items. If
you buy 1-10, 11-30, 30&up cartons of one item, or if you buy
a variety of items at once, you will receive the price as if you
where buying a large quantity of the same item.
8) When is my merchandise shipped?
8A) If your order is placed before 1pm, most of the time your order
will go out the same day, if your order is received after 1pm, we
try our best to send it the same day, but always within 24 hours.
9) How long would it take for my container to arrive?
9A) Most orders for containers (shipped from overseas), normally
takes around 30 days for production, and around an additional 45
days for arrival, but it depends on the item.
